Status update Β· work in progress (last updated Aug 2026) β a living breakdown of everything planned for the app, for Mike. This is where we are right now; things will change as we build. Includes the second, disguised client-facing site. Not linked from the public site once we launch.
01The core idea
An app that gives dancers an AI twin that texts their clients 24/7 β same number, same texting style, same photos β so every guy thinks he's texting her.
Dancer meets a guy at the club, gives him dances, and gives him "her number" β actually an app-issued number that routes to the app.
Client texts β the AI replies as her, in her texting style, with her photos.
The real dancer hops in anytime for the important moments.
The illusion: "I met her, she's real, and I've got her number."
02Why it beats the competition
OnlyFans sells content; the personal connection is a side effect. This sells the connection itself β there was a real meeting, a real person.
Replika / Character.AI invent relationships from nothing. This has a real anchor: the club meeting and a real woman who actually shows up.
03Customer profiles & the 4-stage journey
Every guy is a customer with a profile. It opens the night they meet at the club, and it grows with every interaction β in the club or through the app. The dancer glances at any profile and instantly knows who he is, what he's worth, and how to treat him.
The 4 stages
The meet (at the club) β she flirts, sells dances, gives him "her number" β the app opens his profile on the spot.
The warm-up (texting) β the AI engages him 24/7 in her style, with her photos. Goal: keep him hot between visits.
The remote offers (from home) β live 1-on-1 video dances (paid), the "I'm home π" switch pings regulars.
The return (back to the club) β bookings, deposits, VIP rooms. He walks in already sold.

The AI reads the same profile, so every text is personalized β his dog's name, his job, what he likes.
04The number (fake, but feels real)
App issues a number that looks totally personal: local area code, normal-looking texts.
Texts route to her real phone β she's reachable, her real number never leaves her pocket.
SMS-first, link for money (hybrid): the client texts a real SMS number from his normal texting app β zero download, zero account. For transactions (payments, deposits, video bookings), the AI sends a web link β "tap here babe π" β that opens a lightweight browser page.
No client app, ever. The dancer's app is the control room; he only ever sees a phone number and a link.
Incoming media: clients can send photos too. The AI reads the photo and reacts from her pre-approved pool β matched to what's in it (selfie, dog, gym, food, outfitβ¦), and it never repeats the same reaction for the same client β or pauses for her when it can't confidently read it or she wants to react herself. Unsolicited explicit photos are flagged, never auto-reacted.
Spam-filter caution: messaging stays at the natural human pace the anti-salesbot rules already enforce β self-limiting by design.
05Verifying it's really him (first contact)
The weak spot: he can pass the number to a friend β or a stranger can text claiming to be him. But sharing isn't always bad: a referred friend is new business. So the goal isn't to block strangers β it's to verify who's on the line, then let her decide.
Her note (input)
When she gives out her number, she drops a quick note β "Mike, met at the club last night, tequila shot, Raiders hat, contractor." Two taps, or a voice note on the floor. This opens his profile with the origin plus "proof" details only the real guy knows.
The test (the twin's move)
On a new number's first text, she answers like always β but drops a natural callback only the real guy passes: "you make it home ok with that shot? π"
Pass β confirmed, full profile unlocked.
Fail β the twin flags her: "β οΈ might not be Mike." She blocks, or treats him as new.
Invisible β he never knows he's being tested. Fallback if she noted nothing: a time/place check ("which club was I at last night? π"). Bonus: the same notes power personalization β his job, his dog, his drink.
06Call handling

π« Blocked
Nothing β doesn't even reach voicemail
Greeting pool: 3β5 real voicemail greetings (work / sleeping / playful / with friends), rotated by time of day + tier. Real voice, no AI cloning.
Golden rule: every missed call gets an instant text in her style β "hey just saw you called!! I'm at work, what's up? π".
"Why she can't talk" scripts: at work, with friends, phone died, just woke up, in the shower, driving β all ending "text me babe π".
Solo mode: during her off hours, no call rings her real phone.

08Disclosure modes β what the guys know
Mode
What he knows
Nobody knows
Nothing β full illusion. Denies / deflects.
The roommate β
She has a real world (roommate, home, routine) β mentioned naturally, never the one texting. "It's always me, babe."
Full honesty
He's told it's an AI version of her.
The roommate is a recurring supporting character in the fantasy β "my roommate's being loud rn," "my roommate says you're cute, ignore her" β a believable world that makes every text feel real. It's never a co-texter: the illusion that it's always her stays intact.
Consistency rule: disclosure is per-dancer and identical for every client β mixed stories are how secrets leak. New dancers default to The roommate with a nudge.
09Texting style (how she types)
Style guide: 5-min questionnaire β lowercase or proper? Which emojis? Short or paragraphs? "Babe"? Double-text or wait?
Sample texts: 30β50 of her real texts; the AI studies and copies her rhythm and quirks.
It grows: every manual reply becomes a new sample β her profile gets better over time (the retention moat).
Test mode: she texts her own bot and tunes it until she says "okay, that's me."
THE selling point: "The AI texts exactly like you, not like an AI pretending to be you."
Voice clips (her real voice, reusable)
Pre-recorded short clips in her real voice β never AI-cloned. A real voice note is the single most convincing proof it's really her.
Record once, deploy everywhere β one clip works for many clients.
The suggestions list: the app prompts her with a library of suggested clips by scenario (so she knows what to record), and the AI knows when to use each β βοΈ good morning Β· π good night Β· π€ just woke up Β· ποΈ just finished gym Β· π getting ready for work Β· π eating Β· π just got home Β· π₯³ girls night Β· π "I'm at work, can't talk, text me babe" Β· π "come see me Friday."
Matching rule: time of day + context β clip. No-repeat: same clip never goes to the same client twice + global cooldown.
10Photo pools ("the ammo")
Photos live in pools by mood/scenario. The app reads each photo, so the right one lands in the right moment.

Engagement boosters β her call
Matching rule: time of day + context β pool β photo. 2pm = coffee, 6pm = eating, 9pm = getting ready, 11pm+ = club or home.
No-repeat: a photo never goes to the same guy twice + global cooldown (can't go to two guys within hours).
The inversion: the photos define her AI life. No gym photos β she never says she's at the gym.
Readiness meter: "enough material for N weeks" β and it tells her what to shoot next.
Photo security: GPS, dates, and hidden metadata stripped before anything is sent.
11Selling & money moments
The AI recognizes money moments β pauses β pings her with one-tap options.
Option A (auto-sell): the AI quotes her pre-set prices and takes bookings β but she MUST define the price list first. The AI never invents a number.
Option B (full control): every money moment pings her β for the big fish.
Per-client: VIPs always get the real her.
Live 1-on-1 video dances (the remote offer)
Paid first, always β no call starts until payment clears.
Live, in-app, nothing to download β her real number and identity stay hidden. His username is watermarked so leaked footage is traceable.
Instant (if she's available) or scheduled. The "I'm home π" switch pings her regulars.
After-call follow-up cross-sells the in-person visit β "it's even better in real life, come see me Friday π".
The anti-salesbot rules (auto-sell guardrails)
Auto-sell is ON by default, but locked behind rules so the AI never feels like a bot. She sells like a girl in demand, not one who needs the money.
Stoplight: π’ green (he asks) β close. π‘ yellow (warm) β soft nudges only. π΄ red (cold) β zero money talk.
Frequency caps: no money talk in the first 5 messages; max 1 per 5 exchanges; max 1 per day unless he initiates; after a "no," money's off for the day.
Give-before-ask: every ask is preceded by value β a photo, a compliment, a laugh.
Never-list: no "limited time," no menu lists, no urgency, no pushing after a no, never repeat a pitch.
The cut (revenue) β TBD
Percentage: TBD β the app's commission on payments through its links (video dances, deposits, tips, bookings) isn't set yet. Finalized before launch.
Planned mechanics: per-dancer editable, taken at payment time automatically. Club cash is untouchable β in-person money is 100% hers, always, whatever the cut ends up being.
12The daily digest (cheat sheet)
Every morning: who she "talked" to, what was said, what was promised, what she earned, what to do today.
So the real her walks into the club never caught in a lie β "so are we still on for Friday?" β she knows exactly what the AI told him.
13Safety & privacy
Photo scrubbing β GPS, dates, hidden data removed before sending.
One-tap block β creepy guy is blocked; AI auto-deflects harassment while alerting her.
Stage-name wall β everything runs under her stage persona; real identity never appears.
Screenshot alerts β notified when a client screenshots a photo.
Data controls β wipe her whole profile with one button.
14Onboarding (the startup kit)
Sample texts (30β50 real texts)
Photo pools (with instructions per category)
Style guide (the 5-min questionnaire)
Persona basics (stage name, life story)
Her schedule (club hours + home hours)
Readiness meter: shows how many weeks of material she's carrying and what to add. Launch guard: won't go live half-configured. Preview mode: she texts her own bot first β the first "that's me" is the sale.

16Solo mode & club hours (the realism rule)
Solo hours (asleep, at the gym, off the clock): the AI runs 100% solo β active, replies in her style, pings queue up.
Club hours (on shift): the AI goes quiet. While she's working the club, the twin doesn't send outgoing texts β a client watching her dance can't get a text from "her" at the same moment. Messages queue; replies go out with a realistic "at work" delay or after the shift.
The realism rule: the twin never contradicts what a client can see. If he's in the room, she's not on her phone.
17The second site β "Her Stage Name" disguised
The client-facing website, and a completely separate brand from Her Number. The app is her control room; this site is her public face. The two never acknowledge each other anywhere the client can see β the app's name and logo never appear on it.
What a client sees
Her profile page: stage name, a curated set of public photos (separate from her texting ammo), bio, services + prices, a tip button, and booking.
The link in her texts goes straight to her profile, tied to his phone number β no login, no account, no app.
The membership wall: anything outside her profile is "members only" β hides the app's true structure, hides other dancers, and reads as exclusivity to him ("she's on a members platform").
Full isolation: no directory, no browsing, no cross-links. Every client lives in a bubble with HIS dancer β dancers can't poach each other's clients.
How it's disguised
It's a legit dancer-promo platform because it genuinely is one β no lie anywhere.
Payments happen on her profile page and look like a personal payment request, not a checkout.
Confirmation comes back in the text thread β the relationship stays in the texts; the site is a silent cash register.
Sharing works for her
If a client shares her link, the friend lands on HER page too β new business for her, still isolated from everyone else's profiles. Profile visibility: link-only (default) vs. directory-visible (opt-in).
18The cracks β realism & the illusion in progress
These are the things we're currently working on β the known ways the illusion could crack, and how we're sealing each one. A living list: it grows as we find more. The whole product rests on one promise β he's talking to a real woman he met, never a bot.
Cross-client contradictions β Mark and Jason are buddies and compare. The twin needs one consistent version of her life at any moment β one location, one schedule, one story β that every client sees.
Reply timing β a real woman doesn't answer in three seconds at 4am. Natural, time-aware delays and occasional "she's busy" gaps.
Group chats & stranger numbers β the twin holds and verifies instead of blindly replying.
Club hours β the twin goes quiet while she's on shift.
Voice = only her β never AI audio; clips are pre-recorded in her real voice.
No unkeepable promises β the digest tracks everything promised so the real her never contradicts it.
Imperfection is the product β her typos and lazy texts stay; that's what makes it her.
No digital tells β SMS means no read receipts or typing dots. He can't catch her typing.
